➥There are mainly four types of sentences:1.Declarative sentence, 2.Imperative sentence , 3.Interrogative sentence, 4.Exclamatory sentence
The declarative sentence merely makes a statement. The imperative sentence expresses a command, order or request.The interrogative sentence asks a question and the exclamatory sentence expresses a sudden emotion.And there are only three punctuation marks with which to end a sentence:Period,Question mark, Exclamation point Using different types of sentences and punctuation, students can vary the tone of their writing assignments and express a variety of thoughts and emotions.
