@The WinS Star Ranking School / District Self Evaluation Tool explicit purpose of the awards is to honor schools that have undertaken significant steps towards fulfilling the mandate of the Swachh Vidyalaya Campaign.

@The Awards are given at the District, State as per the process defined in the concept note on Swachh Vidyalaya Puraskar.

@Authorized School / District Evaluator will login and enter his observations while he/she is inspecting the school using this app.

అతున్నత ప్రమాణాల పాఠశాలలకు ర్యాంకింగ్ లకు కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం చేపట్టిన వినూత్న కార్యక్రమమే విన్స్ స్టార్ ర్యాంకింగ్ టూల్ యాప్. మౌలిక సదుపాయాల కల్పనలో ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలలు ఏ స్థాయిలో ఉన్నాయో తెలియజెప్పేందుకు కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ' విన్స్ ర్యాంకింగ్ టూల్' కార్యక్రమం చేపట్టింది. ఎంపిక చేసిన రాష్ట్రాల్లోని జిల్లాల్లో దీన్ని అమలు చేయాలని నిర్ణయించింది. పాఠశాలల ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు విన్స్ స్టార్ ర్యాంకింగ్ టూల్ యాప్ ను డౌన్లోడ్ చేయాలి. పాఠశాలలోని 7 అంశాలకు సంబంధించిన ప్రశ్నల సమాధానాలతో పాఠశాల ఫొటోలను ' విన్స్ స్టార్ ర్యాంకింగ్ టూల్ ' యాప్లో ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయుడు క్రోడీకరించాలి. నమోదు చేసిన సౌకర్యాలను బట్టి ఆయా పాఠశాలలకు స్టార్ - 1 నుంచి స్టార్ - 5 వరకు ప్రకటిస్తారు. ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్, కర్ణాటక , తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రాల్లోని కొన్ని జిల్లాలను కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఎంపిక చేసింది.
