In continuation of the office
Proceedings in the ref. 3rd read above, wherein it was instructed to
provide revised menu consisting Hot Pongal, Sambar, Eggs & Chikki in Friday
Menu w.e.f. 1.03.2022. The procedure for preparation of Hot Pongal and the
quantity of the ingredients to be used are here with enclosed for ready
reference.
All the District Educational officers in
the state are instructed to communicate the Procedure for preparation of Hot
Pongal and the quantity of the ingredients to be added for Pongal preparation
to all the Head Master’s / Mandal Educational Officers / Deputy Educational
Officer’s and to ensure that’s the Hot Pongal is provided in Friday Menu.
