The attention of all Regional Joint
Director of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State are
invited to the references cited and informed that, the Government have issued
the preliminary Gazette Notifications duly notifying the proposed restructured
districts and revenue divisions. Further, the Government decided that, the
Government Offices in the restructured districts/divisions shall start
functioning from the appointed day i.e. the auspicious day of Ugadi (Saturday,
2nd April 2022).
Further, in ref 6 & 7th cited, the
Government (Finance Dept..) has issued detailed procedural guidelines for
provisional allocation of posts & personnel in the restructured
District/Division offices. Accordingly, the provisional allocation of posts has
been done by the Department with the approval of Finance Dept.,
In view of the above, all RJDSEs and DEOs
in the State are requested to adhere the below instructions for provisional
allocation of personnel in the districts (from Superintendent cadre to last
grade)
a) Obtain options from all the personnel
(both regular and outsourcing) working in the O/o. District Educational Officer
concerned (proforma shared to all DEO mail ids)
b) After obtaining the options, allocate
the personnel (both regular and outsourcing) between the districts based on the
provisional allocation of posts approved by Finance Dept., to each district
(statement shared to all DEO mail ids) duly considering their options, if not
adjusted, then adopt the principle of reverse seniority for smooth functioning
and administration.
c) Allocation of personnel (both regular
and outsourcing) for all cadres (from Superintendent cadre to last grade) shall
be done in transparent manner possible without giving any scope for
complaints/allegations.
In view of the above, all the under
mentioned officers are requested to submit the detailed provisional allocation
statement of personnel (both hard copy and signed copy) to the undersigned by
tomorrow (i.e., 31.03.2022). Any violation of these guidelines will be viewed
seriously.
