In continuation to this office
proceedings in the references 5th, 6th and 7th cited, all the
District Educational Officers / Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra
Shiksha in the State are informed that, Special Chief Secretary to Government,
Govt., of Revenue Department & Tourism, Culture, Museums & Archaeology,
A.P informed in the reference 8th cited that India is celebrating 75th
Anniversary of India’s Independence on 15th August 2022.
This occasion is being celebrated as
Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav AKAM). These celebrations were launched by the Hon’ble
Prime Minister on 12th March 2021 and same day the Hon’ble Chief Minister of
Andhra Pradesh has also flagged of these celebrations by felicitating the
family members of Sri Pingali Venkayya who was a freedom fighter and designer
of India’s 1st National Tricolor flag. These celebrations will be continued
till 15th August 2023.
Further, the AKAM National
Implementation Committee under the chairmanship of the Hon’ble Home Minister
has decided that, an initiative titled “Har Ghar Tiranga” will be celebrated
during 11th to 15th August 2022 to hoist the national flag by the citizens of
India at their respective premises in order to invoke feelings of patriotism
and national pride as part of AKAM celebrations.
In this regard, the Hon’ble Chief
Minister of Andhra Pradesh has assured the Hon’ble Home Minister, Govt. of
India in the review meeting that, the Government of A.P will make “Har Ghar
Tiranga” a grand success by hoisting 1.42 Crore National flags (16”X24” size)
at each household of A.P conducting humongous awareness programmes all over the
State.
In this connection, the Hon’ble Chief
Minister has instructed to conduct following awareness programmes in all
educational institutions in the State from 11th to 15th August 2022.
• Selfies with National Flags (to be
pinned / uploaded in http://harghartiranga.com)
• Seminars, Group discussions, Essay
Competitions, Quiz
• Completions in Dance, Drama, Music, Painting
• Rallies, Cycle Rallies and Heritage
walks.
• Posters and other relevant programmes.
In this connection, the Hon’ble Home
Minister, has requested the Hon’ble Chief Minister to conduct “Prabhat Pheries”
in all educational institutions in the State from 11th to 15th August 2022.
During “Prabhat Pheries” following events may be taken place.
• School children to take out Prabhat
Pheris (early Morning Walks)
• Sing Vande Mataram, Raghupati Raghav
Raja Ram and other songs related to Freedom Struggle.
• Carry National Flags (Keeping in the
view of Flag Code 2021)
• Play the Tiranga Anthem that is
released on 2nd August on loud speakers.
Therefore, all the District Educational
Officers / Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the State are
instructed to conduct above specified awareness programs during 11th to 15th
August 2022 as part of “Har Ghar Tiranga” programme and ensure the success of
the programme. Further, an action plan in this regard may also prepared and
send as early as possible in order to place it before the Hon’ble Chief
Minister.
It should be treated as Most Urgent.
