The attention of the all Regional Joint
Directors, District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators of
erstwhile districts in the state is invited to the reference 2nd read above, wherein
detailed instructions were issued for capturing UDISE+ data for the year
2022-23 stipulating last date for submission by the schools as 26.01.2023. The
DCF of UDISE+ comprises of school profile, teacher profile and student profile.
The first two profiles have almost come to an end. The data pertains to student
profile is being extracted from Child Info Portal which will be submitted to
Government of India soon.
In the above circumstances and in
addition to above the Government of India in the WebEx conducted on 02.02.2023
reiterated the submission of students studying in Pre Primary classes in all
the Private management schools in the state.
In this connection, all the Regional
Joint Directors of School Education, and District Educational Officers erstwhile
districts in the state are instructed to issue necessary instructions to all
Private management schools to enrol the Pre Primary Data into Child Info
Portal. For the purpose the following State Nodal Officers are deputed to 13
erstwhile districts to accomplish the task.
Therefore, all the Regional Joint
Director of School Education and District Educational Officers of erstwhile
districts in the state are hereby instructed to take up a special drive by
constituting special team consisting of one Mandal Educational Officer/Head
master and CRP need to be nominate to one private school to verify the records
and update in Child Information System from 06.02.2023 to 08.02.2023. The above
team deputed will assist/monitor to the district team for designing the action plan
and enrolling the student in the web portal. The District Educational Officer/Additional
Project Coordinator to monitor and provide necessary transportation to the
above deputed team for verification of the data.
Further, all the District Educational
Officers (New Districts) in the State are hereby instructed to coordinate with
the erstwhile District Educational Officers for smooth completion of the said
task with in the stipulated time.
Top Priority should be given to this
item of work.
