O R D E R:
All Regional Joint Director of School
Education and District Educational Officers in the state are aware that,
certain instructions were issued for relieving and joining of Headmasters
(Gr.II)/School Assistants (SAs)/Secondary Grade Teachers (SGTs) who were
effected by transfers, 2023 vide ref 5th read above.
It is observed that, almost all
Headmasters (Gr.II)/Teachers are reported to their transferred places except
400 SAs & SGTs due to the lack of substitutes.
Therefore, all Regional Joint Director
of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State are hereby
instructed to relieve those teachers with immediate effect who were effected by
transfers in 2023 but were not relieved due to no substitute. Further, they are
instructed to issue work adjustment orders to those teachers to the the same
school (i.e., where the individual was relieved from), in case if there is a
need in the school. This arrangements are to be done as there is a need to
ensure smooth conduct of instruction until regular teacher/subject teacher
alternative arrangements are made. Further, they shall take the necessary steps
to claim their salaries at new stations.
