ORDER:
Government earlier had developed the
GOIR web portal during the year 2008 for generating G.O. numbers and uploading
the G.O., so issued in the web portal. Accordingly, all the Departments of the
Secretariat were used to generate G.O. numbers of required series viz., Ms. Rt.
& P. in GOIR portal, and the G.O. was made available for access to all
users and the general public in the GOIR portal.
2. In the U.O.Note. 1st & 2nd read
above, instructions have been issued to all Departments of Secretariat that the
system of generating G.O. numbers through GOIR web site is dispensed with and
instructed to maintain (3) registers for three series of Government Orders
i.e., Ms / Rt/ P separately for taking G.O. numbers, as was done earlier as per
the A.P.Secretariat Office Manual 2005.
3. In the G.O. 3rd read above, orders
were issued that the practice of uploading orders in goir.ap.gov.in stands
replaced with publication of orders for dissemination solely through
A.P.e-Gazette portal(apegazette.cgg.gov. in), and directed the departments to
upload the G.Os., in A.P.e-Gazette web site. However, it is observed that the
G.Os., are not being uploaded regularly by the Departments of Secretariat due
to which the users and general public are unable to access the information
regarding various policies, decisions, rules & regulations, procedures
being issued by Government through various G.Os from time to time.
4. Government, after careful examination
of the matter has decided to restore the GOIR portal for generation of G.O.
numbers and uploading the G.Os., so issued, in the web portal. Accordingly, in
supersession of the orders issued in the reference 1st to 3rd read above,
Government hereby restore the GOIR web portal w.e.f. 29.08.2024 for the purpose
of generation of G.O. numbers of required series (Ms, Rt & P) and uploading
of Government Orders, so issued in the GOIR portal.
5. The IT, E & C Department shall
take immediate necessary action to restore the GOIR web portal.
6. All the Departments of the
Secretariat shall take G.O. numbers of required series, and upload the
Government Orders solely through the GOIR web portal (goir.ap.gov.in)
henceforth.
