in Every Classroom – Certain Instructions

లోని పాఠశాలల్లో ప్రతి తరగతి గదిలోనూ విద్యార్థుల హాజరును బోర్డుపై నమోదు చేయాలని
పాఠశాల విద్యాశాఖ డైరెక్టర్ పార్వతి ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేశారు. బ్లాక్ బోర్డుపై
కుడివైపున మొత్తం ఎంతమంది విద్యార్థులు? ఎంతమంది
హాజరయ్యారు? ఎంతమంది గైర్హాజరు అయ్యారు? అనే వివరాలను ప్రదర్శించాలని సూచించారు. ప్రైవేటు బడులతో
పాటు అన్ని యాజమాన్యాలు దీన్ని అనుసరించాలని ఆదేశించారు.

Display pupil attendance in every classroom – Certain instructions issued.
It has come to the notice of the Director of School Education that the pupil attendance is not being displayed in every classroom in the schools. Hence all the District Educational Officers in the state are requested to inform the Deputy Educational Officers / Mandal Educational Officers / Headmasters with instructions to ensure that the pupil attendance should be displayed in the upper right corner of the board in each classroom in all management schools including Private management.
The following
details must be included: 1) Total number of pupils, 2) Number of pupils
present, and 3) Number of pupils absent.
If any deviation in this regard will be
viewed seriously.
